This licence remains valid only for as long as the content is hosted on the platform.
5. Assessment Data & Learning Outputs
- Learner-generated responses, assessment results and progress data remain associated with the learner or institution
- Aggregated or anonymised learning data may be used by Cognitive Lamp for platform improvement, research and analytics
- Such use does not identify individual learners or institutions
6. Trademarks & Branding
The name “Cognitive Lamp”, its logo, taglines and related brand elements are trademarks or proprietary identifiers of Cognitive Lamp Private Limited.
Unauthorised use, imitation, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
7. Prohibited Use
Users must not:
- Infringe, copy, or misappropriate platform intellectual property
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or algorithms
- Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings
- Use platform content for unauthorised commercial or competitive purposes
Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
8. Copyright Infringement & Reporting
If you believe that content on the platform infringes your copyright:
